The Fisherman's Lodge was designed and built with attention to every detail to let you breathe, live and be excited in a totally "MARIN" environment.
All the finishes and furnishings are themed and the furnishings are partly modern and partly historical, coming from old shipwrecks.
It all stems from the host's passion and love for the sea and fishing, who personally made this dream come true.
Outside, there's a private area with a barbecue and gazebo, perfect for summer barbecues and BBQs, and a shared garden with the Marinaio's Lodge, where you'll find a saltwater swimming pool with hydromassage and adjustable counter-current system, comfortable loungers, and a 6-seater saltwater hot tub.
The garden's artistic nighttime lighting makes it a pleasant and romantic place to spend relaxing evenings enjoying a beautiful sunset and the sea breeze.
Its electrical system is completely home automation, managed both by classic control points and by a touch panel.
The facility features a gym exclusively for guests, complete with a massage chair, multifunctional bench, vibration plate, treadmill, mat, weights, resistance bands, and more.
An electric vehicle charging station, powered by a photovoltaic system, is available in the private parking lot.
The accommodation is equipped with a Deluxe Fisherman's Shower with chromotherapy (measuring 2.00 x 1.00) and a Luxury Fisherman's Sauna, of the infrared type and is for exclusive use.

Outside, there's a veranda and a private area with a barbecue, perfect for summer barbecues and grilling, and a garden shared with the Fisherman's Lodge, where you'll find a saltwater swimming pool with hydromassage and adjustable counter-current system, comfortable loungers, and a saltwater hot tub for 6.

The position
The Anzio Tourist Accommodations are located inside a prestigious detached villa, approximately 3 km from the centre of Anzio and 5 km from that of Nettuno, in a residential area that is inhabited and quiet.
The beaches are just 3 minutes away. The prestigious Grotte di Nerone beach and the shores adjacent to the Tor Caldara Nature Reserve are just 6 minutes away.
Within a 100-meter radius, you can find all kinds of shops (pharmacy, supermarkets, butchers, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, copy shops, tailors, laundromats, mechanics, etc.).
The train station is 300 meters away, providing access to Rome in 40 minutes and Anzio city center in 5 minutes. Trains run every 60 minutes.
The bus stop is 100 meters away, offering connections to Rome via the Castelli Romani.
Within a 35 km radius you can reach shopping centres (Zodiaco, Centro Anteo, Euroma2, Aprilia 2, Outlett Castel Romano and/or Valmontone, etc.) and tourist attractions (Zoomarine, Cinecittà World, Rainbow MagicLand).
